Good Evening Girls, I have had a great day today we took Joshua for a lovely drive which was a wonderful family time. It's so good to finally feel cold again I am loving this break from the heat however Joshua told me was going heat up next week!
On a good note my precious Hubby is installing our new printer so woohoo! I love been able to print of some pattens for embroidery or knitting! I hope everyone is having a great evening with their family!

Hello Girls, woohoo it's Saturday and I have had a great day. I went out with my darling Son and we brought the fish food, all the things to put up the curtain frill in mine and Hubby room and some storage things so it was a good day. I also looked at food processor the one I liked was $129.00 so I may lay-by it next week! Mt precious Hubby still is not well so thats not to good. However he has improved anyhoo, I am off to get Mt. Washmore in and do dinner I am thinking Potatoes with Cheese and Bacon! Mmmmmmm! yep thats it! I hope you are all enjoying your day!

Yep Jilly I'm a homeschooler I'm schooling 4 primary school kids atm and have two little ones also

Friday was a funny day, got school done, had a chat with centrelink & the ATO. Would you belive we submitted our tax back in December and we're still waiting I wasn't laughing about it yesterday morning, but I can now I also rang a surveyor in Warwick to see about if Mark should do a bit of part time work as business has been slow. He said he'll call back next week and we are just praying that God's will prevails. He knows the future so if it's a "no" we just keep on keeping on, if it's a "yes" then God obviously wants us to go that path for a little while. I'm also praying that Mark is happy with either answer We then went and had dinner with friends from church and it was just such an awesome evening of fellowship. The wife rang me today and summed it up when she said there was just so many Spirit led conversations

Today it rained and rained some more. So I got all the washing done as the tanks were overflowing, may as well wash with the water rather than watch it go down the drive Now to get it all dry and folded

Tomorrow (sunday) we'll attempt to go to chuch. If it rains all night we wont' be sure what the road will be like, but we said "We'll give it a go, if it's flooded, we just turn back" But I don't want the road to be flooded, I love our church and it's so nice to see Mark and the kids enjoying it. I love the fact that Mark goes into the fellowship hall after church for a chat and cuppa and isn't chaffing at the bit to go home, in fact he tee's up lunch dates at the park for afterwards & then after that asks me if I've organised dinner with people that week. I think my DH has taken over as the family social butterfly Not sure he can claim the title of "homeboddy" anymore

Had lovely day yesterday catching up with our friend from NZ (you may remember praying for him when his mum thought he was missing). He is now living and working in Canberra and came down to spend the week end with us. He is coming to Church with me this morning and then will leave for home around lunch time.

It was just fabulous hearing him talk about how God has provided his new job (& a very well paid job after years of finacnial struggle), a car and a fabulous apartment. He has very little furniture ( a bed actually is all he has) but can see with the way God has provided the above things that he will have all the furniture etc that he needs.

It has been so lovely reading about your days Sally and Gail God is so good to us all! We have had a lovely day we took Joshua for a drive and he just loved it we saw so many kangaroo's they where every where they are such beautiful animals!
Gail it is wonderful when we hear how God has blessed other it's so exciting to see God at work!
Sally we home schooled our two for a couple of years and we and the children just loved it it was a lot of fun and a time in our family life where we grew very close you are amazing to do with little ones as well!
Well I had better go and get Mt. Washmore in and put to loads out I hope we have all had a great day and I look forward to sharing tomorrow with you all!

I also had a great weekend - busy but good. got to catch up woth quite a few people I dont see often as they live in other states. Our Christian School celebrated 30 years on the week end. I went to afternoon tea reunion, a fantastic dinner & a special Church service. It was a great opprotuntiy to tell some of the fantastic teachers my two had how much they had encrouaged me and helped my children.

Now to face another busy week. have started a long list of what I would LIKE to achive and see how I go.

Hi Girls, we have been working really hard helping our daughter and son in-law move. I am so tired, I also injured my back while moving So it's been a bit painful and also very busy here. However Praise God they are mostly moved now and all is good! God has provided so much for them. This is the first home that they have moved into that is their own, rather than moving into a rental home so we are so happy for them! They are so excited it's been fun watching their excitement and hearing them give God all the glory it's just wonderful!
I hope all is well with everyone and I hope to be here a bit more starting with after Easter!

Hi Jilly,

How exciting for your daughter and son-in-law to move into their own place. I remember how excited I was. We have a good Father who provides well for us don't we?
i am having a not too busy week, although it is my week to do the soccer run (there are 4 families involved, so we only have to do one trip once a forthnight), but as they are under 15 they train at night with the adults. They also can't train on their home field as it doesn't have lights, so we have a 10 to 15 minute trip to get them where they need to be. The highlight of it is that is always a really 'interesting' trip because of their discussions! I also have small groups tonight and althouhg I knew it was my turn for supper, I had forgotten that there is a birthday. I just pulled a pile of patty cakes out of the freezer and have a flashy candle to go in one for the birthday boy.
We are off camping on Friday morning (close to you Sal, in a round-about sort of way). Mum and Dad have a motor home, my sister and BIL have a camper tent and we have a tent that really doesn't fit us all, but the 3 boys say they are sleeping under the stars in their swags anyway! They are taking their motorbikes (as is my brother) and all I can imagine at the moment is lots of mud everywhere! i was looking forward to playing with some digi scrapping, but my new 3 week old computer has died and has to be sent away to get fixed. I have all the info transferred off it, but am not really sure if I want to go to the trouble of loading it all onto the other laptop just for a few days, as they have assured me that I should have it back within 7 working days.
Sal, I was just reading back a few entries about your phone calls with the ATO. We are having exactly the same problem. Mine has finally come through, but they basically can't seem to find DH's from the sound of it. They are blaming a new computer system. I am hanging out for my Centrelink top up as I only receive basic during the year, and am expecting a nice amount to be topped up. I desperately need a new fridge and pray every day that it will last a little bit longer.
